Did I post this already?

October.30.2009

I have another Christmas card to share!  Please excuse me if I’ve shown this already.  I’m getting confused with all the Christmas cards I’ve posted!

Christmas Cheer

I love this Christmas ornament stamp.  I think it’s so pretty.

Noel

Just a little Christmas card that I made a while ago.  I found these shaped buttons in the bottom of a scrap box and thought that little tree would add a cute touch.

Project #03 & #04

October.27.2009

I have two more projects to share that go toward my goal of 25.

Unity Love (Project #02)

October.27.2009

I noticed I haven’t been using my Unity stamps too much lately.  So over the weekend I decided to give them some love.

Happy

All the paper on this card is from American Crafts.  Oh yeah, the ribbon is too!  I’ll show you a close up of the stamped images.  For the sentiment I used my Martha Stewart Glitter Markers to actually color the word “happy” on the stamp and then stamped it again on white cardstock and drew some shadow lines with my black gel pen.  I then popped this up from the original black stamped (Memento Tuxedo Black) sentiment.

Happy Glitter

I just love that shimmer!

Did I tell you all that I challenged myself to make 25 projects before I buy any new product?  Well this is project #02 toward that goal.  The first one was the LAD challenge card I shared over the weekend.  I am seriously going to work hard to make that many projects before I spend money.  I am tempted by the Michael’s store that is close by every day!

I rock Lizzie Anne

October.24.2009

I’ve never played along for one of the Lizzie Anne Designs sketch challenges before.  But now since I signed up for their monthly mix (which I love!) I decided to play along.  They are celebrating their 10oth sketch.  Hooray!  Here is the card that I made:

Check out these sweet little buttons I found to add to the trees:

Hooray for Friday

October.23.2009

I love Friday’s, don’t you?  I can’t wait to sleep in this weekend (even if it’s for a little bit).  Then I have Monday off, so I’m going to try to finish making my Christmas cards.  What is wrong with me this year?  I am never this ambitious.  So, to show you that I’m telling the truth I’ll share this Christmas card with you:

Christmas Sewn Strips

LOL yes I’ve been playing with the sewing machine lately.  Doesn’t look very professional, does it?

There’s a closeup of the beautiful journal block from Unity Stamp Co.  I stamped a sentiment (from Papertrey Inks) in the middle, sponged some Antique Linen Distress Ink around the outside and added a little blue gem.  The pattern paper is from My Minds Eye and the ribbon is from Michael’s.  Hope you like it!

Wanna peak?

October.21.2009

Yup, I’m still making Christmas cards.  I don’t really have time to do a post tonight, but I’ll show you a peak if you want to see.
